Fitness Tips for Busy People

Busy Fitness FP

Fitness tips come by a dime-a-dozen these days. Industry “experts” will claim “foolproof” ways to shed the pounds by consuming air and thinking slim. But, what it really boils down to is changing your lifestyle, your approach, and your mindset. And let’s face it, committing to something enjoyable that yields an incomparable sense of accomplishment and self-discipline feels better than consuming 100 calories of a misery microwave meals. As the old saying goes, “It’s mind over matter.” To help you along the way, here are 5 mindful tips to maintain a slim and trim foolproof body as the seasons change:

Change your perception of what getting fit looks like.

The word diet or working out can often remind people of how many times they’ve been unsuccessful at committing to a healthy lifestyle. View fitness as a vital necessity like personal hygiene or eating. You just do it! Use this time as your reward to self so that you can mediate, contemplate your goals, and as an outlet from the world.

Set incremental milestones.

Workout 20 minutes 3 days a week and build up from there. Don’t beat yourself up if you need to walk instead of run. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will you.

Run away from the scale.

It’s okay to periodically check in. But, focus on the changes your body makes. How toned you are. How synched your waistline is becoming (from using our Foolproof Body waist trainer ????). And remember, muscle weighs more than fat. Flex on that babe!

Control your portions.

Luckily, you don’t have to run away from your favorite meals. Just portion control. Starving yourself only leads to faster weight gain when cheat days occur. Push the large plate away, and cut the drama by cutting back. Your foolproof body will thank you!

Supplement, Supplement, Supplement!

Incorporate a daily dietary supplement, like Foolproof Body (www.foolproofbody.com). This minor addition can majorly impact your fitness journey by cutting cravings, helping your body to lose the bad fats, and to optimize the results of your workouts.
